The High Blood Pressure Diet

Modifying your diet can have a positive impact on your blood pressure. A diet that provides 4 to 5 servings of fruits, four to five servings of vegetables, and two to three serving of low-fats dairy products a day has proven to be beneficial to combat high blood pressure. Foods to limit include snacks/foods rich in salt, foods rich in saturated fats like full fat dairy products and red meats.
